The Guitars & Gasoline Festival is a celebration of live music, car culture, and community — and TGF Media was brought on to create the festival’s entire visual and digital identity from the ground up. Our work covered branding, content creation, and website design, setting the foundation for a distinct and energetic brand presence that reflects the festival’s spirit.
Project Type: Brand Development, Content Creation, Website Design, and Ongoing Social Media Campaigns
Creative Approach
We developed a creative direction that merges the power of motorsport with the soul of live music. The logo and branding were designed to be bold, modern, and memorable — a perfect fit for a festival that celebrates both revs and riffs.
Our content team produced a full suite of visuals, including promotional videos, artist features, and behind-the-scenes photography, designed to drive excitement in the months leading up to the event. The website was crafted to be intuitive and visually dynamic, with easy access to ticket sales, event details, and partner information — all while maintaining a consistent aesthetic that reinforces the brand’s identity.
Challenges & Solutions
As a brand-new festival, the challenge was building recognition and momentum from zero. With no existing audience or assets, our goal was to establish immediate trust and curiosity. Through strategic storytelling, consistent branding, and community-focused content, we built a digital presence that generated buzz and credibility within weeks of launch.
Tight timelines also meant our production, editing, and web development teams had to operate in perfect sync — ensuring that all visual and digital components rolled out cohesively across platforms leading up to the event.
Results
The campaign successfully positioned Guitars & Gasoline as a standout new festival in the Ottawa Valley, generating strong social engagement, ticket interest, and positive community feedback. The cohesive look and storytelling helped the brand connect with both car enthusiasts and music fans, creating a unique crossover appeal that set it apart from traditional events.
Building on that success, TGF Media is returning for the 2026 festival, expanding our role to include a full social media campaign, content curation, and ongoing social media management to build excitement and engagement in the lead-up to the next event. Our continued collaboration ensures the brand keeps growing with each new edition — louder, faster, and more connected than ever.
